Lido Beach, Prestatyn

I had a wonderful experience at this lovely resort where I purchased my first caravan. The site is immaculate and just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The customer service, especially from Danny, was outstanding as he guided me through the entire process with great care and attention. The only downside is that while the facilities are great, WiFi is an additional cost.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my holiday home at Lido Beach. The location is exceptional, with a private path directly to a beautiful beach, making it perfect for relaxing days by the sea. The service I received from Danny was incredible; he went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect plot. The staff are genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed that new facilities are still in development and aren’t available yet. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to invest in a holiday home.

Our experience at the holiday park was absolutely delightful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process of moving in seamless. The proximity to the beach is just perfect, and the kids had a fantastic time playing at the facilities. However, the lack of on-site shopping options was a slight inconvenience, but with the town nearby, it was manageable.

The stay at the resort was quite disappointing due to a lack of control over unruly behavior from some guests, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially for families with children. While the park itself looks nice and has potential, the lack of safety for kids and the absence of effective security measures overshadowed the positives. This certainly tainted what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

The caravan was clean and tidy, but I felt a bit uneasy with my neighbors watching from their windows. While the staff were generally friendly, I faced some difficulties accessing facilities like the spa, which were frustrating. Overall, there's a good atmosphere, but some improvements are definitely needed.
